This policy explains what cookies are, which ones the website www.aroma-catering.com uses and how you can manage them, in accordance with Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE) and the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s Guide on the use of cookies (2023).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your device’s browser when you visit it. They are used, for example, to make the website work properly or to remember your preferences, such as your language. Depending on who manages them, they can be first-party cookies (set by the website itself) or third-party cookies (set by another service); depending on how long they last, they can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept for a set period).
2. Cookies used on this website
This website only uses first-party technical cookies, which are necessary for it to work and exempt from consent under Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the website’s fonts are hosted on our own server. Google cookies are only set if you choose to load the map on the Contact page (section 3).

3. Google Maps
Our Contact page includes a Google Maps map that does not load automatically. Only when you click the button to show it does your browser connect to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and may set the cookies listed in the table. Loading the map is therefore a voluntary and explicit action on your part, and Google processes this data as a controller, in accordance with its cookie policy.
If you would rather Google did not set cookies, do not load the map: our address is written out on the same page. If you have already loaded it and wish to reverse that decision, delete your cookies and browsing data in your browser settings (section 4); the map will not be shown again until you click the button again.
4. How to manage and delete cookies
You can allow, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Here are the instructions for the most common browsers:

5. Updates to this policy
We will review this policy if we change the cookies the website uses or if the law changes, and we will update the date on this page. If we ever introduce cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it before setting them.
